What will I be doing?

You will be your own boss working as an independent contractor by taking customer service calls for well-known fortune 500 companies. These companies includes: cruise line, hardware company, brand name boutique stores, the biggest tax company, leading roadside company, medical, coffee capsule company, tech company, travel and so much more!!

What are the costs associated with this opportunity?

This is not a job, This is a business opportunity. you will be your own boss.

Upon registration, there will be a background check that will need to be completed by a third- party vendor. This is completed online for $30. ......You will be handling sensitive and confidential data for customer, hence, this background check is necessary for clients to know that you are trustworthy and that their customer’s information will be secure.

How long is the certified training?

All classes are taken online. You will need a computer and a hard-wired high-speed internet { NOT WIFI} and a USB headset for training. These equipments will also be used when you service. Class are from Monday - Friday and these classes normally would rage from 3- 4 hours each day for 30 days. Timeline can be more or less depending on the client you choose.

How long before I get paid?

After successfully completed the certification, you can begin working and getting paid. Like any training , there will be a lot of info to get you ready for servicing . But trust me, TIME GOES FAST!! Most if not all clients have a earn-while- you- learn phase. This means that you’ll earn revenue while you are still learning. This phase normally occur the last period of training; the final 2 weeks of class.

How often will I be paid?

You will be paid twice per month around the 15th and the 30th of every month. Payments are made by direct deposit to the bank account of your choice.

Am I responsible for my taxes?

Because you are an independent contractor and NOT an employee, you are responsible for your own taxes. No tax will be deducted from your earnings. You will be provided a 1099-MISC at every end of the calendar year. Please speak with you tax professional in regarding information on tax preparation and about 1099- MISC.

How do i know if this is a legitimate opportunity?

How many hours can I work?

Agents hours are up to them. Clients are requesting a minimum of 15 hours per week. Agent can work more hours if the choose. You can work for more than one company on the platform.
